ABOUT ANASTASIYA
ANASTASIYA RUSILKA, M.A., CMC, ACC
I am a woman who wants to make this world better by helping people become happier and make their dreams come true. When we were little, we all believed in fairy-tales, we dreamed and knew that everything is possible, and we could become anyone we wanted to. I have a secret to tell you – this has not changed. You can become whom you want to be. You just need to believe that it is possible.
I sincerely believe that we are the creators of our destinies. Each one of us has a tremendous potential that must be developed. We are here to actualize ourselves. However, there are many things going on at the same time in our everyday life. Taking care of our partners, kids, work, school, we lose track of what we truly want. Usually we do not even have a few minutes just to reflect and breathe.
As your coach, I will be there for you, helping you find the answers to your questions, discovering new opportunities to improve things in all aspects of your life. I will challenge you and make sure that you will come out of your comfort zone to find the answers you are looking for.

MY FAMILY
I am a happy wife and a mom of two beautiful kids. And I do know how difficult it could be at times to develop relationships, find compromises, and be a loving and patient parent. This experience helps me be more empathetic and understanding to the challenges my clients are going through, and be the best help for them.
MEDITATION
Meditation is a technique that I have been practicing to acquire deeper and more significant awareness within myself, to gain inner balance and presence. It makes me feel more relaxed, focused, joyful, and present. All of these attributes are extremely helpful in my coaching practice where there is nothing more important than a person in front of me.
TRAVEL
Traveling has been a passion of mine ever since I was a kid. I am adventurous and curious, life long learner. Especially, I love pilgrimages. Walking the way (camino) helps me look within and reflect on life and all the blessings I have. Traveling encourages me to go beyond my comfort zone and be more open- minded and tolerant towards others.
